About the Project

In an ongoing effort to provide quality wireless service, AT&T has identified your community as one that will benefit from improved network coverage.

Milestone Communications is proposing a wireless telecommunications facility at Rock Ridge High School, addressed 43460 Loudoun Reserve Drive, Ashburn, VA 20148.

The proposal is for a 140-foot monopole and will include ground equipment required to operate the facility.

This equipment will be located at the base of the structure in a secure fenced area. AT&T will be the first wireless carrier to locate on the proposed tower.

Update #1: There are two upcoming community events:

Online Town Hall: On Tuesday, May 11th @ 6:30 pm we will hold an online Town Hall webinar consisting of a short presentation followed by a question and answer time. Registration is required and can be completed on the Town Hall page.

Community Balloon Fly: On Saturday, May 8th from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm a balloon will be flown at the proposed location and height to provide a visual reference for the tower.

(In case of bad weather the balloon fly will be rescheduled for Saturday, May 15th from 8:00 to 12:00 pm. The decision will be made based on the weather forecast and posted here on the Home Page by 6 pm night before.)
